The Workload and Student Morale Committee shall investigate the impacts of the curriculum on student morale. In particular, the committee will evaluate the support network for undergraduates and find ways to promote better study habits among students. Also, the committee will work toward standardizing Institute policies such as midterms week, the study period before finals, canceling classes on Ditch Day, returning midterms before Drop Day, and respecting extensions from the Dean's office. Moreover, the committee should re-examine the operation procedure of UASH.
