The Board of Directors is the premier organization representing the Corporation. The Board holds public meetings at noon on the Olive Walk every Wednesday of the term.

The Board of Directors consists of the nine general officers of the Corporation:|

Subgroups
In addition to full meetings, the Board meets informally as three separate subgroups. Each subgroup meets on a biweekly basis with the President and Vice President.
Policy Subgroup
The two directors who support the President and Vice President in forming policy meet for half an hour every other week. These directors are the:
Chairs Subgroup
The three directors who represent committees on the Board meet for one hour every other week. These directors are the:
DaLs Subgroup
The two directors at large meet for half an hour every other week. These directors are the:
