Interviews
-The Wednesday interviews for the Student Infrastructure Committee have been rescheduled and sign-ups have been extended. Nobody contacted the interviewees with interview times, so Andrea and Gonzo decided it would be best to reschedule. Mike Woods thought it was Gonzo’s job to contact them, Gonzo thought it was Mike Wood’s job. Gonzo says the two of them decided it was Andrea’s job. Interviews will be rescheduled for 1 week later, next Wednesday at 10:30. Gonzo will contact everyone with their interview times.
Elections
-Debates will probably be tomorrow at noon – Gonzo will send out an email letting the candidates and everyone else know
-Elections will be Monday
DDR Machine
-The screen on the DDR machine has been broken for around a year. We told the DDR club to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. They told us it would cost $450 for a guy to come out and try to fix it (no guarantee) or we could buy a new monitor for $750 which will be a sure fix. Gonzo is in favor of buying a new one, but other ask what the budget is like. Angela informs the BoD that we’ve spent all of our club budget, and Angela’s not sure what we have in project reserves. Mike pulled club money from reserves when we overspent our funding on clubs. Gonzo is in favor of going over budget if we need to. Angela will look up how much money is left and we will vote on this online.
