Please verify your ASCIT Formal 2008 registration. Cash payments are
due to Angela Zah, the ASCIT Treasurer (treas@donut.caltech.edu, Lloyd
133) by Friday, May 23, 2008. UID payments will be made automatically.
Coaches will depart Caltech from San Pasqual/Holliston. Please be there
10 minutes before your departure time to avoid delaying everyone else. Note,
coaches to the Ritz are labeled with letters A-E and coaches to Caltech are
labeled with numbers 1-4
Please know your coach letter and number when arriving at the coach
point. If you miss your scheduled coach, you will NOT be able to board
another one.
If there are extenuating circumstances that require a time change,
please contact Ekta Bhojwani, the ASCIT Social Director (
esc@donut.caltech.edu) as soon as possible. Coaches are limited, so please register early to get the coach of your preferred time.
If you are not using the coach service, valet parking is available at the Ritz for $10 per car.
You can request music until Thursday, May 23.
