ASCIT April 2023 Bylaw Amendments
The Board of Directors is proposing three amendments pertaining to the offices of The BoC, The California Tech and The Student Activity Fee. The Board of Control Amendment will replace components of the text of Article VII and XIII in order to expand the number of possible acting secretaries from two to a maximum of four. The California Tech Amendment will replace language and add text to Article IX and Article X that will preserve the current fiscal scheme, create a more flexible publication schedule, and outline a set of measures for annual expenditures by the publication. The Student Activity Fee Amendment will edit the text of Article IX to increase the fee by $7.00 per term.
