Vote on Amendments to ASCIT Bylaws 2022
The Board of Directors has proposed 3 amendments to Article IX: Fiscal section of our Bylaws, These respectively deal with adding in details of a fiscal MoU signed between ASCIT and Caltech, amending the value of dues, and bringing financial logistics closer to current practices. This vote is being run pursuant to Article XV: Amendments of our current Bylaws, so a 2/3rd majority is needed for passage of each of these amendments. A "Yes" is a vote for the passage of an amendment.
